Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with FENJA. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item
Please email us at hello@fenjalabel.com within 14 days of receiving your item and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. FENJA is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

This policy supports our commitment to minimizing unnecessary shipments and reducing environmental impact.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order another size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Uncollected or Refused Packages
Uncollected or refused packages returned to us will incur a return handling fee of NOK 250 / EUR 25, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if marked as such at checkout)

Right of Withdrawal for EU/EEA Customers
If you reside in the EU/EEA, including Norway, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins the day after you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@fenjalabel.com.
